ETRI/TAKE-ALL PATCH

Pathogen: Gaeumannomyces graminis var. avenae


Take-all Patch is a disease that rots the roots of infected grasses.  Take-all Patch is most commonly associated with bentgrasses, but they can impact a number of other species such as St. Augustine, fescues, bluegrass, and ryegrasses.

When forms of Take-all Patch fungi are found impacting bermudagrass varieties the disease is called Bermudagrass Decline.
